RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY
At SE Truck and Trailer, we aim to provide our customers with the best experience when purchasing trucks and trailers for sale, including used semi-trucks and trailers. Our Refunds and Return Policy ensures fairness, transparency, and peace of mind.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
The truck or trailer must be in the same condition as received, with no additional wear, damage, or modifications.
Vehicles sold “as-is” or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
2. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing with full order details.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment (bank transfer, card, or financing account).
Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. Inspection Before Return
All returned trucks and trailers undergo a full inspection.
If additional damage, excessive mileage, or missing parts are found, deductions may be applied to the refund.
4. Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange for another truck or trailer of equal or greater value.
Price differences must be settled before delivery of the new vehicle.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-ordered or specially modified trucks/trailers.
Clearance vehicles or heavily discounted inventory.
Vehicles beyond the return window.
6. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number, VIN (if applicable), and reason for return.
Our team will provide return authorization, pickup arrangements, or drop-off instructions.
7. Customer Responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong vehicle delivered).
Trucks and trailers must be returned with all original documents, keys, and accessories.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the rare case of disputes regarding returns or refunds, SE Truck and Trailer will work directly with the customer to reach a fair resolution.
